Question about overclocking....

    i have this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=14-145-076&depa=0 and was reading on the review's how good this card can be overclocked but i no nothn about overclocking beside that you can unlock a program to but what about my power supply and sux i have no idea what it is and wont it require more power i wanna overclock it if i can any help? heres my pc http://www.walmart.com/catalog/prod...&dept=3944&path=0:3944:3951:41937:64213:64213 and here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?docname=c&dlc=en&lc=en&cc=us&product=435559

    You can overclock both the core clock and the video ram memory, using nVidia software.
    Chaintech may have proprietary features in the drivers they offer:

    but whatever, play with the settings if you have good cooling but take it easy, it's a GeForce FX5500 - if you want much more video power, you need newer more powerful board (like the rest of us :^)

    try powerstrip. it overclocks most cards.
