Ok what is the best burner to get.
Can I put a TV Video card into one computer and the burner into another of my computers and pull the signal through the network and burn the dvd.

    Hiya Jam116,
    Best for what?

    Speed?
    Reliability?
    Compatability with media?
    Compatability with burning programs?
    Cost?
    Quality?
    Support?

We need to know your priorities to be able to answer an open ended question like that....
No, you can only transfer DATA over the network, NOT SIGNAL (technically it is possible to do, but using unusual network protocols and codecs, and QoS issues rear their ugly head), so for the sake of simplicity, the answer is still no you can't.

If the PC with the capture card captures to a FILE, then that FILE can be transferred to the PC with the burner, via the network.

    Have Fun...

I would say Reliability is my #1 concern...
    Thanks
