Hi: I have a question. When I’m burning a CD of music, the software that use says to me that I’m not using a JustSpeed Option. Of Course, the music that I have been burned is heard slightly very badly. My question is: What is a JustSpeed Option? Thanks
What burner are you using with Nero? Which version firmware are you using with your burner? I've used Nero for a year and have never seen that option so it might be burner specific. Click on Nero smart start, then click on Nero Infotool, click on the drive option when it finishes updating, your version number for the firmware will be there. Report back here with the results. The question you are asking about the movie 16 Blocks can possibly be answered by one of these problems, 1 Dirty/damaged disk, or firmware update, or virus affecting your drives ability to read disks. Just found the answer to your Justspeed question, it decides the fastest speed to record a disk, personally I recommend keeping it below 20X, depending upon your CD Player and choice of media, some don't like the fast burn speeds. Writing Speed Control (JustSpeed): JustSpeed is the function that prevents writing error when high writing speed is selected. When JustSpeed is ON, the drive decides the most appropriate writing speed according to the result of medium calibration (using the ATIP information, such as maker name, model-number, etc. pre-recorded in disc) and writes with the speed. This function is changeable in "mode select command", and the default setting is "JustSpeed" is ON. full answer is here. http://www.cdfreaks.com/article/171/2
Thanks you so much for your explanation and your information. They used me as much and especially, you helped me to know much better the functioning of the Nero7.
