Ok im alittle worried. Heres my specs
    CPU Athlon 64 X2 5400 Brisbane
    Motherboard BIOSTAR A740G
    Memory A-DATA 2GB DDR2
    Graphics Card Sapphire 4830
    Hard Drive 120 WD
    Power Supply Corsair 400W
    Case XION Solaris XON-406
CPU cooling ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64
    and 2 80mm and 2 120mm case fans

I recently added a 500GB sata hd and was wondering if that would eventually overpower my 400w corsair psu? So far the temps are fine.
    thanks

    You're fine, you've got loads of room. You can run a 6000+ and a HD4870 off a 400W CX.

WOOOOOW.... did not know that, cause the 4830 said I needed atleast a 450w, but I guess corsair is of a different breed....lol

    Totally different... :p
Those guidelines cater for the 'weaker' units.
