R4 card not working

    i have purchased a new R4 card and installed the software to use it but when i turn my ds on the screen shows "couldnt find_ds_menu.dat", i know that the software works as used in an old R4 and starts with no prob, anyone got any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?????? Please help if you can

    you havent got the data file on it. format ya memory card to fat 32 . look on your r4 card and go to the site it says on the card and download the firmware. there are so many r4s about you probably dont have the correct firmware. IT HAS TO BE OFF THE SITE THATS PRINTED ON THE CARD

    I think some files had gone,you can reload them
