Dont buy from this company as they do not reply to your E-Mails. They get you to use google checkout, Bad idea as try getting your money back from them they can only be contacted through links and even they dont reply to the E-Mails. I have sent a report to Trading standards in Huddersfield to chase up R4 Deals as i think they are conning the public. Has anyone else had the same problem.
I had absolutely no problems with my order to R4 deals.co.uk and super fast delivery. I paid through paypal. I was so impressed I sent them an e mail telling them so and posted a recommendation on afterdawn. I am gutted you are not getting any reply from them. Hope you can get a refund.
I would like to apologies about my original thread. It seems the problem was with google checkout and not with R4 Deals.co.uk. I eventually got an answer from R4deals and my order is in the post. I shall stick to paypal in future and give google checkout a wide berth. Thanks to jodiebox for their posting.
i would like to express a comment about this site (r4 deals) as this thread apears at the top when searching. i have had several dealings with this site all very efficiently dealt with, just be careful to understand that they will take long holidays around xmas and easter and maybe others, as i have fell foul of ordering and thinking where is my bloody order, emailed them and then realised that they were on hol, having said that when they did return, replied straight away and items arrived in post day later ps, their site is down at the moment for maintanence
