Please could someone help? My son's R4 was working fine up until last night when he turned it on it would not go past the loading screen (black with white writing) We were given the R4 by someone so I had no idea what version it was or whether it was an original, so I have downloaded what I believe to be all the firmware for each one from h**p://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ I have read all the threads on the problem and worked my way through all the software but not one worked! I reformatted each time, once using Panasonic SD Formatter (FAT) and again using windows (FAT32)and also tried putting a bit of card behind the SD card each time (just to cover every avenue!) The memory card that came with it is a 2GB one and I am now at a loss where to go or just to admit defeat and buy a new one? Any help would be appreciated Thanks P
Is your memory Micro SD HC rather than just Micro SD? I have a similar problem and just fornd out that the RD is not compatible with Micro SD HC so I am off to try to by one without the 'HC'.
