R4 on Nintendo DS

    I have two DS console and they are exact same model. When I put the R4 card and only one of the Console worked, the other one won't work for some reason and I can't seem to have a reason why one worked and the others is not.

    Could someone please give me some advises?

    1st of all ds what? ds lite, dsi, 3ds? i bet it isnt lite and one is on a different software

    sorry, it's ds lite and the two are exactly same model, how can I check to see if it had different software?
