First I would like to say that I've been going from thread to thread for the past hour trying to find a solution to my problem. I hate making repeat threads so I'm only doing it as a last resort. I got my R4 SDHC in the mail today. It came with a Kingston 4gb Micro SD Card. When I start up my DS, I click through the Nintendo Disclaimer and the top screen changes to "Loading..." and it stays that way. I've tried multiple versions of firmware, I've tried patching things. I must have gone through 20 different ways of solving this problem but I cant seem to do it (my knowledge of DS flash cards is relatively limited). If somebody here can possibly help me to get this card working I would really really appreciate it.
As you can see this forum is full of R4 issues - it is now a very poor choice. The site in my signature hosts the firmware for all the 23 variants. Trial and error - or go over to GBAtemp.net and see about YSmenu an alternative that will run
i dont have a r4 but i have a m3 simply and i tried microHC and it didnt work.so i returned it bought a sd and it worked fine.hope it helped.
