Hi I have a r4 SDHC with a 2 gig card. No matter what firmware I try, what partition type i format the card I neevr get the menu to load, I get a screen that has a red square on saying "?menu". This is the latest firmware I have tried and no luck: http://www.r4sdhc.com/soft/32-en.htm any ideas would be awesome.
To format use panasonics SD formatter - does it right! Menu - sorry bt this is the problem with R4's - there are 14 of them, each with their own firmware and to make it even more complicated they call themselves the same name on several different cards. My signature hosts all the firmware, the only solution is to try each, if it fails format and try the next. Start with the likely suspects first.
