Ok I have an R4 SDHC running the 1.25 Kernel, it works no problem but the menu at startup shows no icons or pictures just a blue screen top and bottom with a red flashing square where the 3 icons should be (Game, Multimedia, Boot-slot 2) I've tried previous kernels, which all work but still no menus. Anyone any ideas on how to make the icons appear ? TIA

do you just only have the sdhc, or is it something like DeluxeSDHC or R4IIISDHC?

if it is the sdhc regular, then you need the 1.28 kernal

Thanks for the reply, it's just an r4sdhc. The website for the kernel is r4sdhc.com and the latest one there is 1.25 which I'm using. Its no real biggie as the games work but it would have been nice to get the menu running

Yip that site just shows kernel 1.25 also. Have downloaded that one but its just the same. Maybe best if I format and try again, was trying to avoid that as I have quite a few games on. Thanks again though

When formatting use, Panasonics sd formatter, use google to find, its free and will improve the sd card performance
