Hello! Hoping someone can help with my R4DS installation! Followed all the instructions I can find, my memory card has all the necessary files on it but when I put the card in my DS I get an error message "hardware is not compatible". What do I do!!! This is driving me mad!!
I checked and it is the right language, but not sure about M3, what does this mean? Sorry I am clueless when it comes to this sort of thing!
I only ask because these are the only two reasons I've had that error message, I may be completely off. The M3 and R4 are almost identical, and either Firmware version can be patched to use on the opposite card, I've seen multiple cases in which sites will provide links to the wrong Firmware version. Try downloading it from Here, unless you already have, in which case I have nothing to provide.
nintenut- Good information to have. When my newly order R4 gets here I will download this firmware and hopefully I won't have to open a thread like this. With my luck I'll have some other issue, though. Hah.
