r4i sdhc unlimited upgrade mystery after update?

i could do with some help please?
ive got an r4i sdhc unlimited upgrade card,but have no idea what should be on it?
it shows up in the ds menu (as a boy&girl icon with japanese/chinese writing
but whatever i put on the sd card doesnt show up?
as soon as i try to load it, both screens are just blank white?
any help would be greatly appreciated

 

what is the official site of your card. i am sure the card you bought is a r4 bad clone. if you want to buy a R4 card, just buy r4i gold 3ds from r4ids.cn http://www.dsflashcart.com/r4i-gold-3ds-wood-r4i-3ds-flashcard-for-ds-dsi-3ds-p-248.html or buy acekard 2i or dstwo instead.

Obviously the card is a bad R4 clone card, can you tell me what conoles do you have, DS DSi or 3DS, and what is the system version on it.

 

its a ds lite
it shows up on the ds start menu but when i launch i get nothing,ive tried loads of different kernals on the sd card?
