radio channels on starview 4

can anyone help me, i have all the radio channels showing up but have no sound when i try and use them

 

have you tried your scart is secure and pushed in fully.

 

yes scart is ok, tv channels are all ok just radio ones with no sound

 

try a factory reset 0000 to delete and auto scan your provider having removed any splitters first,emu or keycode to on and exit out.
first box i heard with a radio problem lol.

 

done all that mate , its weird i know , but i'm bamboozled

 

did you try selecting a different audio stream.curious where are you uk or irl.

 

how would i do that ?

 

press the audio button and select a different audio stream.

tried that and it just has audio left or right no other option like only eng

 

maybe a provider problem as i have not heard anything,are you in uk or irl.?

 

uk, never had this problem before, 2 boxes same problem, not that i listen to radio a lot, but thought it might be an easy fix

 

any area,as vm are having problems again.
