ratDVD and Kerio Firewall

    Kerio blocks ratDVD when trying to convert.
    Check out this image:

    If I turn off Host Intrusion and Prevention System (HIDS) in Kerio ratDVD seems (ratDVD is still running as I post this) to run fine.

    Anyone tell me more about this? I have never seen Kerio block anything in this manner before, and do not know if this is a legitimate problem or a bug or just a false positive.

    Well it is probably a bug,Norton and other programs had this problem with other programs like nero and such just send the error and info to the Kerio site and they will usually have it in their next update.

    1 right click the kerio shield in your sys tray
    2 select configuration
    3 select intrutions in the box that pops up
    4 under HIPS click advanced and set and exception for rat dvd
    5 extra set a exception for wmp10 and othe players to play ratdvds or youll get same eror
