    Hi everyone,

Just after some advice regarding ratDVD. I have been using the program successfully for quite a while, and have now encountered a problem when converting DVD files utilising the program.

The program appears to run without any errors occuring, taking the usual time to covert, however when I go to view the out-out file, it is appears very small in total size. When I go to play it, the file won't work, with media player signalling that it has encountered an error.

I have also noted that the length of the output is incorrect... for a normal size movie, it is indicating that the file is only 30 minutes in length.

I am really not sure of what is occuring... any assistance or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Hi, if it worked fine before there some software conflict preventing RatDVD from working properly. did you add new video players, video editors, any other programs that has to deal with "codecs"?

If you have enough room in your PC (hard disk) install another copy of Windows XP with just Windows Media Player and RatDVD.
