    Hi,

You can get the cables in any computer store and a lot of alectrical outlets do them aswell.
I use one that came with my digital camera!
Just make sure that when you buy it, it will be compatible cos some USB cables will not work.
In Layman's terms, it has to be able to transfer to and from the phone, not just one or the other.

In regards to the software, i think that Mobile Phone Tools is good, it allows you to transfer pictures, ringtones, wallpapers, screensavers, sychronise your phonebook and calendar and send text essages straight from the comuter screen.

The links to download it are in my signature.
    Just go straight to
*****HOW TO INSTALL MOBILE PHONE TOOLS*****
and click on the link below it (in blue text).

This will give you step-by-step instructions and tell you what and from where to download the files that you need - Hope you have Broadband!!

    GOOD LUCK!

If you have any problems, you are welcome to PM.
I'm not garenteed to know the answer but i can try.
