    alright so heres my situation:

i put in a DL dvd in my drive, and what i want to do is remove all the menus but keep the main feature and the extras. when i remove the extras and keep just the movie, the size is still to big and its compressed the most possible. how do i make it so that all i get is the content and take away all the menus. should i be in re-authoring mode or in full disc, and remove them from there?

    thanks

    Try Scubapete's guide here:

The guy's a genius yet he spells it out so that us simpletons can understand.

My answer here is partial, you really need to read the above Shrink guide. Yes, you need reauthor mode, double click on title, tick compression tab up top, untick languages you don't want, tick Backup up top of the page, in quality tab, tick the box for analysis, and tick quality box with "smooth" setting. Good luck.
