If you download a movie from the internet(not illegal ones) and the picture aint very good is there away to re-encode it to make the picture better and sound aswell. EG: if i have a film encoded in vcd can i re-encode it in divx or xvid and make the picture quility better. Any help appreciated thanks.
Generally...no. You could sharpen the image quality, but it really wouldn't help that much. To get better quality, you need to download a better version.
