Re-Installing Windows

    Don't ask why, but my Vista System32 files were corrupt. I couldn't find my Vista install disc, so I FORMATTED the entire partion, and instlled Ubuntu. Now, I found the disc, but when I run setup.exe, it says:

    No application suitable for atoumatic installation is available for handling this kind of file

    Help!

    Firstly this is a windows question.. nothing to do with linux..

    You need to boot from the windows install cd, not attempt to run setup.exe from linux.. you can't run exe files under linux.. it doesn't work. Change your boot device priority to cd first in the bios.
