Major news flash guys and 100% fact all ds carts are illeagle with or without firmware on them......guy i get them from just had them seized by customs and they doing this all over.......they also been raiding premisis where these cards are held add to that wii chips also as well as all other modchips......you import into countrey they will snatch them and heres kicker you get say few r4 or like sent they remove the carts and leave the usb readers and cases and box so parcel comes you sign for it seller met there obligation and you skenked for money and open to prison or massive fine....... places you most likley to have goods seized from is dhgate and dealextreme and chances go up to 90%+ closer to 100% if your items shipped ups or fedex ect ect these are picked up on quick scan.... so you buy carts abroad you may get nothing........i know you can still get as i do but this is changing fast and beware be very aware....if you had your r4s or simmilar cards or modchips seized by uk customs or anyother customs please post your experiance here.....if you get your no worrys cool happy days no need to respond unless adding somthing positive or constructive......dont take my word on this look at elspa websiter link this is offical guys and very worrying as a grey area just became black http://www.elspa.com/?l=chipping
