Reading .ACE files

    I downloaded a file.I tryed to read it and it was in all this weird writing.How do i read these files?

    I think a .ace file is a file like a zip file try downloading WinRAR a free program off of this site and unzipping it using it http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250-10259256.html?tag=lst-0-1 but this is just a trial version for the full version you will have to buy but it gives you like 30 days so you should have enought time to unzip the file you want.
