    Hi there,

If it's on a burned media, all protections should already be gone, and has already been shrinked.

I would personally use VSO Blindwrite since I own it.

If it's a movie, I would use DVD Decrypter, and rip it into an .ISO then burn it with any burning software that supports .ISO

    ImgBurn is free.

I would use the below method as well

But if you have DVD Decrypter then you can read the ISO (MODE/ISO/READ) then to burn use DVD Decrypter also (MODE/ISO/WRITE) There is no need to use another program to burn the copy (ISO) just use DVD Decrypter.

If you do not have DVD Decrypter and have another program like Nero then you can just make a copy of the DVD. Start nero start smart then choose "Copy DVD" Option. Put the DVD into your drive. Nero will read it and when it is done reading the disc the DVD tray will open. Then you put in the blank disc and nero will burn the DVD.
