    Hi,

I have just installed an Nvidia 7900 GTO video card. Everything was fine for a day or two and then my video playback in Media Player went very very dark. I changed to the latest version of Real Player and this seemed to solve the problem. However today my video playback has suffered the same problem. Everynow and then it goes back to normal for a second or two but that is it. I have tried changing the tools, prefernces, ahrdware option but this has made no difference.

    Any ideas guys?!

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. You are the first person in 3 forums to leave an answer!

I am up to date with my drivers. I have found a way round my problem. If I open a file to play in Media Player it starts playing but very dark. If I go back and just click once on another video file the video playback switches back to being the correct lightness. very strange.
