ive downloaded winrar i have extracted rar files to winrar i need to know in simple terms how i add this to nero to burn to dvd
Iam also looking for a guide to help me burn the extracted winrar files into a dvd. Their movie files. I've clicked on the link Paul1085, it only shows how to extract the rar files not how to burn them! any help?
open nero click on dvd at the top, then click on make your own dvd- if files are not vob files,nero should open up to show you the rest,it's pretty simple really
thnx 4 the reply shimano2, but i can't find make your own dvd. do u mean click on make date dvd? can u give me a simple instruction mate? be a bit specific? sry i'am new into this. the movie got 2 CD folders (1&2) with rar files inside it. so i think i need to join them after extracting them to burn the movie as u r saying with nero.
3ez what is the name of the movie that you downloaded? and you need to know how to take the video out of the rar files right? what programs do you have to convert video files? and what is your burning program?well if you are using nero for your burning program, i asume that you know how to make cd's right with nero well, if you are wanting to make a dvd or a vcd for your movie nero con convert your avi files to make a vcd all you have to do is open the folder that you unrared your files to ( you do rember where you extracted the rar files to right?) just drag and drop the files to nero and it will convert the files to make your vcd, but if you want to make a dvd the avi file need to be dvd complyment so you will need a program like vso dvixtodvd to convert the files, and after it is done thain you can burn with nero
Well your getting ahead of yourself. You need to unrar them first and find out what kind of files they are. Most likely it's gonna be 2 avi files (which you can use a program like VSO's ConvertXtoDVD) or it will be bin & cue. Which in that case will be much harder IMO to get it to one dvd.
do as flip218 says and unrar the files to find out what they are. there is a program called DIKO its free you can probably use that to make your dvd,just type Diko into google and download it free,very simple to use too,or there are loads of other programs you just have to look,converters,jointers, vcd,dvd,svcd,kvcd,makers.just give it a go, make a copy of the original,then try it you've nothing to lose,you wont know till you try which one suits you, people can give advice,but it's only their particular choice,you've got to learn oneday,thats how everyone learned,trial and error.
Hey whatsup guys sorry for replying so late, had some killing exams, and finally gladely got it out of the way..pheew. rdmercer1 the movie i want 2burn is Silent hill and i need to make it a dvd which seems impossible 2me, by the way i've got winavi video convertor but its a really shit program which gets lip sync problems so i'm using Avi2DVD program. which program do u guys use to do the converting stuff without having any problems 'sync'? flip218, i've already unrared the movie files my friend and its a bin & cue and i dont have a clue what to do next to burn these bloody files! sori again guys 4 takin time 2reply..
well for one thing that movie is still at the theater, like not on on video so no one can help you on that movie, we talk about backing up the movies that we own, you need to read the rules about asking about downloading copyrighted matiral, also that movie that you are trying to do is missing 20 min, good luck
lol, should have known that was the reason u were asking me for the movie's name, "Wise guy!" well let me tell you mate, this movie was given 2me by the director of the movie himself and thats the reason I'm trying to "backup this movie" and keep the original copy as a Souvenir.
3ez you say (this movie was given 2 me by the director of the movie himself) ok i'll buy that but you also say (and its a bin & cue) so i am going to ask you if your friend gave you the movie why did he not give you a dvd disk? but insted it is in a bin and cue format? sounds rather strange to me! you might try iso buster and use that program to do what you need to do!
