rebooted computer

    Well I reloaded and reactivated my DVDXCopy Platinum,Ver 4.0.3.8, but when I start dvd x rescue I get a message "CDRPDACC could not be loaded, restart computer to load driver". I restarted the computer, no luck, reinstalled software, no luck, located file in 321.../shared folder, but program still will not load it. any suggestions?

    private message a member name Ireland with a link to this forum and ask hime to try and help...

    he will most likely be able to help with this particular problem because he is the DVDXCopy chief
