Well as my Lappy is Dead and being repaired and I wont be seeing it again this side of christmas, I bought this little PC off a mate from work..

The PC is an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ 2.41

    2Gig Ram

But the Gfx Cards is pants, built-in jobbies - Geforce 6150Se 512MB ( thats shared Mem)

So can someone recomend a good card, PCI-e Checked Ebay and there is so many, just looking for something that will work well with the PC and run Half- life well, and Wow..

Oh The PC plus LCD Screen set me back £60 Not bad hey :)

    Cheers Guys

    Happy Xmas

You will probably need a new power supply to take that graphics card, so you will be spending a minimum of £60 on the upgrade.

What is the wattage reported on your power supply, what is your budget, and then we can make some suggestions. Also what is the model of the computer if it was a pre-built off the shelf machine.

Which 600W PSU, what brand? Many 600W units can barely put out 200W before going bang.
I would recommend a Radeon HD4830 as it is better value for money than the 8800GT.
