I was asked by a friend of mine what I would recommend for an html editor. This person is an artist and wants to exihit his paintings on the web. He's a newbie on PCs so the program should be simple and easy to use.

    Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Thanks,
    jnihil.

Macromedia Dreamweaver, if he goes through the tutorial with it he will be able to build a good page!

Thanks for the sugguestions guys. I was afraid someone would say DreamWeaver (actually I thought that someone would say 'notepad'). This mate of mine is a 'Natural Born Newbie' and I would hate to dump anymore stuff to confuse him!

He's using Photoshop, so I thought that perhaps GoLive might be good since the user interface would look familiar.

    Choices, choices...

    Rgds,
    jnihil.

To be honest, i still think that Frontapge is the easiest for a newbie, especially with Photoshop. Thats what i used at the start.
