record video downloads or mpeg

    I'm trying to burn a video clip on a cd that i downloaded from the net but for some reason ny burn will not allow it, can anyone help me.

    Did you try VCDGear? More, maybe the file is PAL and your system NTSC. If so, encode the movie with TMPGenc, first.
