I have recently purchased a Plextor PX-708UF external. I have DVD Xcopy that I have use to burn DVD's. I run this on fire wire and Windows XP Pro. I burned a backup copy of one of my movies last night and I have audio on the intro to the movie but no audio during the movie. Any thoughts.
If you processed it on DVD XCopy, you might look to that - sounds like your burner is working fine - Check your settings on XCopy - it sounds like it lost something during the rip - Play the original prior to turning on DVD XCopy and let it find the entire DVD. Pete
Still did not work. I then went and used DV Shrink and burned with NEwo after removing the unwanted junk files... Worked great. Thanks... Best palce to be for a Newbie
Many people don't realize that there are many DVD's that DVD XCopy is not capable of copying ! The people who have found DVD Shrink and Decrypter can rip just about anything Pete
