does anyone know a good program that is free and i can get 80 minutes worth of recording done? thanks in advance.
As for the free program I don't know one. However, If you have Nero installed then you can use Nero Wave Editor. Getting the audio onto the Computer is just the matter of a little lead to connect the Audio RCA jacks to the Line In input on your sound card. Something like this should do you. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-5mm-Jack-Pl...QQihZ003QQcategoryZ116850QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Dave
I got it, but I was just kind of freewheeling the whole time. I plugged in the white audio cable from my PS2 into the back of a white plug in my sound card. I turned the PS2 on and there was no sound, but I didn't expect to. I got a program called Absolute Sound Recorder, and started it. I set it to record "Line in", and the after 30 seconds I stopped and listened to it. I was amazed that this actually worked, and I heard the PS2 starting up. I put in FIFA Street 2 and had the music playing for like, an hour and a half recording. When this was finished, I used MP3 Cutter to cut these songs into separate tracks, and now I have them.
