I have an old Teac RW 250 dual cd recorder in which I only used to record from 1 cd to another. Can I use this same machine to record off the radio? And if so what are the steps in doing so?
chewbaca please read the rules. You have two threads and each have the same title. Not a good look so far is it? Although I'm not a MOD, you'll do well by closing one of your threads. MODS take a dim view of such things. Having said this, if your radio has the RCA output plugs (red and/or white) then you can connect these to a suitable devise. Does your radio have such outputs or not? All the best chewbaca! Cheers.
Sorry about that.Yes it does but I cant seem to figure outwhich line goes to where. On the back of the recorder it has line in and out.Do I connect that to the reciever lines for rec/play or what?
Many radio stations are played over the internet. I would check to see if your station can be found on the internet. The audio quality is better and then you would use an audio capture program like EAC to capture the addio to your favorite format. The guidlines are AM is 50 BR, FM is 70 BR and HD is 90 BR. Do your self a favor and do not capture to lossless (1200 BR). I would not put them on your CD/DVD unless you felt compelled to. Otherwise it is the mic plug (maybe green).
