Recording TV to Camcorder, Black&white Problem.

    Hi there, I have a cannn camcorder imported from Japan and am trying to record some tv shows to my camcorder. Howver I hvae problems with capturing the show with colors. it's just black&white.. could this be why? I live in new Zealand and they use pal instead of ntsc..

    hi there,
    I have a problem more or less like yours. I have this sony handycam camcorder and Ihave a Toshiba Tv.I have tried many times to view the program on the lcd screen but I can not.At list you have a picture.I can not get anything on the LCD screen.can you please tell me where do I go wrong? Thanks.
