I just got a lap-top with Vista on it and my mousepad is all touchy and crap, somehow i clicked on my recycle bins icon, and delted my recycle bin. I have no idea where on my computer the recycle bin is so i can A-Restore the desktop icon and B-more importantley empty it so does anyone know how i can restore it, or get into it thanks!
I have done this many times also. The easiest way is to right click in your desktop screen. Choose the personalize option. At the next screen on the left hand side, under tasks, choose update desktop icons. Then check recycle bin and save. Should be back on the screen. You might have to reboot, but not usually. Hope this helps!
