Red to Green light

    Hi to all, my question is why does my console blink RED to GREEN and BEEPS when I turn my X-Box console on??. It does this once in a while, but now I can't even get the console to start. Need Help ASAP.

    PS Matrix Chip Installed

    sounds like your chip is out of alignment. this sounds crazy, but grab the console, turn it upside down and shake the shit out of it, then try to boot it. if that doesn't work, try to manually realign the chip.

    Thanks, I tried shacking it upright, but not upsidedown, I'll try it. As far as re-aligning the chip, I have no clue on how to do that, a friend of mine installed the chip and has now moved wawy, can you direc me on a site that explains on how to work on the X-Box Console.

    you can search on google for the matrix chip and find all kinds of stuff about it. i'm pretty sure easybuy2000.com has a guide on alignment too.
