    Now then......

If I dont use the wizard in Nero6 and use the udf/iso mode I can sucessfully write on a DVD+RW, using the same settings I make a coaster on a DVD+R.
Could I have a bad batch of DVD+Rs????("eproformance" is the brand)

    Any comments please?

The NEC writer produces more coasters than any other burner no matter what media you use. Don't believe me? Check here:http://www.bigpockets.co.uk/site/images/new/notes/compat.htm If you are successful with RW's then just copy that directly on to an R, assuming you have a seperate DVD Rom drive.

Lower your writing speed to 1x, shouldn't have a problem then. NEC DVD Writers are good drives, don't let bad reviews put you off as the harware is as only as good as the person using it lol.
