reflashing my spider chip

I have a spiderchip. evox. and Xecuter 2 49.79 with the M8bin.

I am relatively new at this, but i was wanting to upgrade to the Xecuter 3 bios. When i bought the chip. it came preflashed w. the cromwell bios.

Do i need to somehow obtain the cromwell bios, flash the chip w. it, then flash over w. exucuter3.

Also what is a M8bin? If i get the Xecuter3 bios, do i need an upgraded Mbin?

Last but not least, is there a significant difference, or reason to upgrade to the Xecuter 3 bios?

x3 bios is for x3 chips ONLY, cannot be used on other chips.
