Region 1 issues

    Hi there-

    I have a bunch of region 2 discs, but have a region 2 player. I have used dvd decrypt and made the file region free. It plays fine on my PC, but when i put the disc in my standalone dvd player I get a cannot play disc message. I am using copy2dvd to burn the disc and dvd decrypt and making it region free. What am i doing wrong?

    U are not doing it correctly probably. Everything plays fine on a computer (they use DVS loaders mostly). I sugest using Nero or a similar burning ROM type program. Place all teh VOB's, BUP's IFO's in a folder names VIDEO_TS and burn the whole folder. Make sure to decrypt in IFO File mode
