I searched the forums and guides and didn't find this topic. If I missed it then I am very sorry to have twice posted. I am copying a multiepisode dvd's for a friend in england who has Region 2 dvd players. the first time i sent them I used dvd shrink and made a mistake of which I know now. The second time I used dvd shrink 3.17, then made her one video (regular) dvd where dvd shrink is supposed to remove the regional encoding, one cdr with one avi episode and a dvd with 8 more avi's on it as data. So I covered all bases with that last shipment. She says none of them worked. So I tried yet again with the last shipment. Still nothing. the last shipment were all regular dvd's. What am I doing wrong with the conversion? I was letting dvd shrink do the work but is there something I can do manually?

I would appreciate any assistance. I operate on windows xp pro, benqu 400a burner that burns at 4x +r.

DVD Shrink makes the burned disc region free. As far as your friend's ability to play them, does she have PAL or NTSC? She said they didn't work? In what way? What does it actually do? Can her player play +R media? What brand of media are you using?
