Hey guys can anyone help i want 2 send a home video converted 2 dvd 2 someone in america i use tmpg enc 2 convert usually but ive never done it to ntsc before do i have to so this or are most tvs in the states compatible with pal? And how do i go about region codeing im completely stuck on what to do can anyone help?
Everything in the US is NTSC. Extremely hard to find or get a Pal compatible TV or equipment. The region codes suported are 0 (somepeople) but most commonly region code 1. If possible try to keep it region free and NTSC. That should be the best for your American friend.
