    I've just reinstalled XP on my machine and in the process of puting everything back together, I reinstalled Nero. I'm trying to burn a DVD but when it comes the actual time to burn to the DVD I get an "Invalid command in field" error. At first XP thought my drives were SCSI but they're not and I've fixed that problem in XP but I *think* Nero still thinks they're SCSI.

    I've resintalled the drivers for my drives, DMA is turned on (even though Nero thinks it's not), and reinstalled Nero. Any help would be SOOO appreciated.

    @gilbert0 -

    - your firmware is 2 versions behind - A304 is here - http://tdb.rpc1.org/#GSA4160B

    - i think these are NVidia drivers - sort those out if so. see here for info on the NVidia drivers - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/211674

    - a-ha - the worst most atrocious media you can buy, and you bought them!. Buy better media, look in the dvd media forum, first page or 2 for good media suggestions

    - this is a common problem. sort out the other problems and you should be burning again. and buy better media

    - try burning at 4x
