Reinstalled itunes ,now I am scared of what might happen nexr

I had to reinstall itunes, now it is blank but all my music files are still on the PC and the music is still on my ipod. What do I do next? Just plug it in? Will it erase everything on the ipod, music playlists, etc? Thanks >>>---Zen--->

Thanks for the reply, I had all the tunes on the pc just wanted to save the playlists and what not. But I got impatient and just imported all 7300 songs. But thanks, I tried the yami pod but I didn't know how to use it such as playing music adding new music and what not thanks again.
