I've made a build using the Inspiron 531 as a base for it. It's in the Inspiron 531 case, but I've noticed the ventilation isn't very good, so I was wondering... is there a place I can get a replacement side-case door with a little more ventilation for it? The temp in my PC is pretty good for the power I have inside, but on occasion, if I do too much with it, it rises a bit too much more than I want, so I just want some extra airflow entering/exitting from the case. Any help?
Dell aren't going to offer replacement side panels for their cases (and I'm not surprised a Dell case isn't sufficient for that lot) so your only real option is to buy a new case or to mod your own fan slot in your side panel.
