I bought some new hp 74 xl and 75xl cartridges and used them to almost to empty I got a couple of the acujet refil stations for refills but can't seem to get them to fill. When I calledc Acujet they told me that the sponges are probally dried out and aren't any good. are these sponges replacable? if they are haow is it done and is there a special sponger I need to buy? If so where do I get one?

    any info?

go to the alotofthings.com website, the guy that runs that website is an expert on refilling inkjet cartridges. There are directions on refilling your hp74xl cartridges with pictures under the hp support section.

Also check the following website, it's where I go when I need info on my canon cartridges but they deal with all printers. It's a forum that deals only with printers.
