Replicate Motorola V3 with Lotus Notes or Outlook 2003

    Hello everybody.
    I am a new user of Motorola. I just bought the new V3, but i really cant understand how i can replicate the contacts from Lotus Notes or Outlook with the phone.
    For years, i face no problems with Nokia or Ericsson but i really dont know what to do.
    Please help.
