reset the box fac sett

    i live in dublin lost all chanells i think i might of put the box back to factory setting any one help

    Is it "The Box" you have press menu and system info and post what it says please. Is your key emu on, press menu, type 1570 on remote and check.

    Do another autoscan if that doesnt work, do a factory reset, then turn the box off at the back switch for a minute, turn it back on go through the installation process, make sure you select the correct provider and turn you key emu back on.
