"It seems that the Resident Evil Code Named Veronica game might just include a 3D mode. Gordy over on the EurAsia forums has gotten the game to boot into this strange mode by forcing the video to a certain setting using the Qoob BIOS. Is it a glitch or is there a hidden mode?" Tehskeen

Thats pretty cool!!!. You think they would have 3d glasses at the dollar store?. The guy said he had a pal cube, you think it might be a pal glitch?.

He said once he switches it to NTSC it becomes 3d.

    ...

After reading the topic, I've come to the conclusion that the guy is trying to play NTSC games on his PAL TV and it just so happened that Code Veronica doesn't flicker as bad as the other games do. It's not a "3D mode" since all he's doing is trying to display a NTSC signal on a television that doesn't support it.

That's why once he changes the video mode to PAL his games start to display properly.
