I'm trying to resize my movie files so i can encode it with TMPGEnc. Currently the video is 704x396. TMPGEnc wont let me encode files unless the width and height are multiples of 8 =(. I want to resize it to 640x480, is there any programs that i can use to resize the video? I've already tried Rempeg and it froze on me several times.

Try Power Video Converter or Advanced X Video Converter.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions however when i re-encode the video files they become 2gigs+. The original file was no more than 600mb. When i compress the files the quality is just horrible. Are there any other programs i can use to resize the files and still keep the file size about the same as the original?
