Restoring My Dbox Channels

    My wee nephew has been messing about with my dbox remote control,I have lost most of my channels,still have the EPG guide on screen,can I still retrieve the channels via the remote control! cheers

    Back again,after 10mins my image freezes,I have to reset my Newcamd,anybody know how to fix this! cheers
