RESTRICTED PHONE

    I AM A CAMEROONIAN CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE SEA SIDE TOWN OF DOUALA.I HAVE AN LG MOBILE PHONE AND EACH TIME I TRY TO ACTIVATE IT IM ASKED TO PROVIDE A RESTRICTION CODE OF WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA.ANY HELP IN THAT DIRECTION WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.IMEI 010565-00-123833-6.send to NB my phone is lg cingular.

    This means yourphone is locked. You will have to find a provider who can unlock it for you and then the other sim should work.

    THANK YOU FOR ATTEMPTING ASOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.WHAT IS NEEDED IS THE RESTRICTION AND NOT THE UNLOCK CODE.EACH TIME YOU TRY TO UNLUCK'A WRITING ON THE SCREEN DEMANDS THE RESTRICTION CODE WHICH I DONT KNOW.THANKS IN ADVANCE.
